Dear Ged,
Yet again you have worked miracles, I feel a very different person. The exercises seem to be working a dream and I feel well on the way to recovery. I will carry on with the exercises this week and only make contact if things haven’t improved any more.

Popped-in today with elbow pain that began after some shovelling with poor form. Ged listened to my story, gave me a thorough examination and identified the problem quickly. Taped-up so the pain has now stopped, and given clear instructions of the exercises I need to do this next week or two. Very happy and I highly recommend him!

From the standpoint of someone who has studied sport to degree level, been a practitioner and teacher/trainer of health and fitness and movement skills for 30 years, and personally experienced a great many types of trauma and overuse injuries related to sports and activities, I can confidently recommend Ged’s physiotherapy treatment. In this instance the treatment was for my shoulder, back and neck. I was experiencing severe, debilitating neck pain and my GP recommended Ged. I was able to get an appointment the following day for a Zoom consultation. The advice I was given was very helpful and the follow up exercises were easy to follow using little film clips. Within days the pain had diminished and I could return to normal life,
